Located on the first floor of Building No. 1, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and 1 child (extra bed), making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking a high-end island getaway.

The villa features one elegant built-in double bed bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower), air conditioning, and TV.
A spacious living area includes two single beds (convertible into a double bed), along with a second en-suite bathroom (shower), A/C, and TV, ensuring flexibility and convenience for all guests.
A fully equipped separate kitchen with dining area and dishwasher provides everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay.
A standout feature of the villa is the private indoor Jacuzzi bath-tub room, offering uninterrupted panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding islands — perfect for moments of relaxation and indulgence.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a generous 40m² private terrace with dining area and sunbeds, ideal for private meals, sunbathing, and unforgettable sunset views over Antiparos.

Policy and stay conditions
Our hotel welcomes children aged 4 and above, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay for all guests.
The holiday complex is not suitable for pets.
Kindly note that for stays in June and September, a minimum of three (3) nights is required.
During July and August, a minimum stay of six (6) nights applies. For these peak summer months, arrivals and departures are scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays only.

- In July and August the rooms cleaned every day and the sheets are changed twice a week. In June and September, the rooms are cleaned every second day and the sheets are changed every four days.

- Daily 12:00 - 20:00 pm, at the bar area is available free of charge, espresso and cappuccino coffee, hot chocolate and tea with cookies or cake.
