The Superior Villa is a spacious 90m² luxury residence located in Building No. 2, ideal for 8 guests (4-6 adults and 2 children). Perfect for families or groups, the villa combines elegant design with modern amenities and spectacular views of the Aegean Sea and the swimming pool.
Sleeping & Indoor/Outdoor Facilities
Inside, the villa features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a built-in double bed, air conditioning, and TV, as well as a private bathroom with a shower.
The living room is designed for relaxation and flexibility, offering four twin beds, TV, and A/C, along with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, dining area, and coffee table.
Step outside to a large private veranda located next to the kitchen, where guests can enjoy outdoor dining with stunning views of the sea and pool—perfect for relaxing meals and stunning sea view moments.
An exterior staircase leads to the exclusive upper terrace, designed for premium relaxation and luxury living.

Our hotel welcomes children aged 4 and above, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay for all guests.
The holiday complex is not suitable for pets.
Kindly note that for stays in June and September, a minimum of three (3) nights is required.
During July and August, a minimum stay of six (6) nights applies. For these peak summer months, arrivals and departures are scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays only.
