The prices are refundable / non refundable
Our prices include all taxes and a range of services and amenities listed on our website, including the pool, bar, restaurant, beach and pool towels, parasols and chairs, laundry service at a low cost, maid service, extra afternoon service for an additional fee, and a homemade buffet breakfast.
We’d be happy to help arrange your transportation to and from Antiparos Port, whether from Blue Dolphin, the airport, or Paros Port.
Reservation/Confirmation
We would love to welcome you for a relaxing stay! To help us prepare everything perfectly for you, we kindly suggest planning your arrival and departure on a Saturday or Sunday, especially during the busy months of July and August.
To make sure everything is ready for your stay, we might ask for a valid credit card.
The environmental taxes (city taxes) are not included in the price.
Refundable prices
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay must be made within 3 days of acceptance of your booking.
The remaining 50% is due upon arrival.
Non-Refundable prices with 10% discount
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay must be made within 3 days of acceptance of your booking.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Refundable prices
Cancellation earlier than 60 days before the arrival will result in no charge.
Cancellation 30 - 60 days before the arrival will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total stay cost.
Cancellation of 0-30 days before the arrival or failing to show will result in a charge equal to 100% of the total stay cost.
Early check-out: 100% charge for the remaining days.
Non-Refundable prices
Cancellation or failing to show will result in a charge of 100% of the total stay cost or the dates can be changed for the same year or the next year. The price depends of the new period.

Means of Payment
Bank account deposit: no surcharge.
Mastercard/Visa credit cards: 2-5% surcharge.
General Terms
- Our hotel welcomes children aged 4 and above, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay for all guests.
- Prices of Asterias, Panorama, View suite are for 2 persons. The extra person is charged 20 euros extra per night and 30 euros per night during the peak season.
- Prices for Blue Dolphin and Glaros suite are for 3 persons. Extra bed is charged 20 euros per night and 30 euros per night during the peak season.
- Prices for Superior villa / Executive suite / Premier villa /Ambassador villa are for 4 persons / the Family pool front villa prices are for 5 persons.The extra person is charged 20 euros extra per night and 30 euros per night during the peak season
- Complimentary bed guard rail and child chair.
- Breakfast, listed amenities and taxes are included in the room price.
- Lunch and dinner meals as well as city taxes are not included in the room price.
- Transfer to and from the port of Antiparos is available upon request and subject to availability
The Holiday complex is not suitable for pets.
